We understand that things change, but please read through our cancellation policy before booking your appointment and please consider this if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (Functional Nutrition & Alternative Health Services)

Our goal is to provide quality functional health services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience everyone, including our staff and other clients. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us on +61 439 643 348 or by email info@julesmckiehealth.com as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow waitlist clients access to that appointment time.
1. How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please text or call us on +61 439 643 348 between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. If your call is not answered, please leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, please email info@julesmckiehealth.com.
2. Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client 100% of the service fee for any missed appointments. Or an additional rescheduling fee of $25.00 in addition to the initial service fee] for administrative expenses.

For new client's initial consultation's and/or first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the initial consultation fee.
3. Cancellation or Reschedule Policy
Your health and wellbeing are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making scheduled adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the amount paid for reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your consultation or appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a genuine and unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. However, this will be determined on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the service provider.
4. Short Cancellation Policy
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice, will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment fee and all deposits and payments will be forfeited.
5. Late Cancellation Refunds Policy
Please note, we do not offer refunds for cancellation's received outside of the required 48 hours notice period. However, if at least 48 hours notice is given of your intention to cancel or reschedule, we will happily credit your payment towards another appointment or consultation or offer a full refund to your nominated account. We reiterate that if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment before the aforementioned 48 hour cancellation cut-off period, no refund will be offered and all payments will be forfeited.
6. On Time Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment or service date and time, will be eligible to receive a full refund or free rescheduling for another time. As stated above, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible to receive a refund.

7. Optimised Health Packages
Your decision to purchase one of our three (3) optimised health packages, and agree to a scheduled appointment date and time, and attend a personalised complete health discovery consultation or revised complete health discovery consultation, is considered your full commitment and responsibility for your health and wellbeing. And will also be taken as your understanding of and agreement to our terms, conditions and cancellation policy. Any package cancellations or refund requests made after your initial payment has been made and received will incur a 50% fee of the total amount of your chosen package fee, to take into account expenses incurred by Jules McKie Health for professional services and administration costs and outlays. If your chosen optimised health package is being paid by regular instalment payments, as part of an agreed payment plan with Jules McKie Health, any payments received at the time of cancellation of your chosen package, will be retained by Jules McKie Health, to take into account expenses incurred by Jules McKie Health for professional services and administration costs and outlays. No refund requests will be honoured for change of mind, nor after your engagement of our services has been finalised and initial documentation has been signed and dated. Any refunds honoured outside of these terms and conditions will be at the discretion of Jules McKie Health. However, refund requests received later than three (2) months from the date of your initial engagement and confirmed optimal health package option will not be honoured under any circumstances.

8. Refunds Requested Post Protocol Implementation
Under no circumstances will refund requests be honoured once we have finalised our functional interpretation and analysis process, and your tailored protocol has been prepared and/or implemented.

9. Protocol Package Extension Requests
While our package options have an expiration of somewhere between three (3) and six (6) months, depending on your chosen package option. Under certain circumstances, deemed reasonable, and at the discretion of Jules McKie Health, the option may be given to a client to extend their preferred package option start date, and an extension of no more than six (6) months from the offer to extend is received by the client.

10. Agreement
Your decision to book an initial consultation or purchase one of our three (3) optimised health packages will be taken as your agreement to accept our terms of service and cancellation policy. By booking an appointment or package with us you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
Your decision to proceed with your booking indicates that you have read and understand our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
