Service Description

This 1.5 hour 1:1 consultation is the best place to start to for a deeper dive into your health history and current health concerns and to start discussing your options and goals. We will also discuss the benefits of proper - whole body and whole food - nutrition, digestive healing and health optimisation and the best options available to work with me. Please bring along any recent blood chemistry results or other relevant test results for functional interpretation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Functional Nutrition & Alternative Health Services) Our goal is to provide quality functional health services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience everyone, including our staff and other clients. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments. Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us on +61 439 643 348 or by email jules@julesmckiehealth.com as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow waitlist clients access to that appointment time. 1. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please text or call us on +61 439 643 348 between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. If your call is not answered, please leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively, please email jules@julesmckiehealth.com. 2. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client 100% of the service fee for any missed appointments. Or an additional rescheduling fee of $25.00 [in addition to the initial service fee] for administrative expenses. For new client's first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the initial consultation fee. 3. Cancellation Policy Your health and wellbeing are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making scheduled adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. 4. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the amount paid or reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your consultation or appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. However, this will be determined on a case by case basis. 5. Short Cancellation Policy Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice, will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment fee. 6. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 48 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment towards another appointment or consultation. However, if you do not cancel before the aforementioned 48 hour time period no refund will be offered and all payments will be forfeited. 7. Short Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment or service date and time, will be eligible to receive a full refund or free rescheduling for another time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible to receive a refund. Your decision to proceed with your booking indicates that you have read and understand our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration and understanding.
